1. Add Ingredients: Pour 30ml of white rum, 30ml of dark rum, 15ml of lime juice, 15ml of orange liqueur, and 15ml of orgeat syrup into a shaker.
2. Shake: Add ice and shake vigorously until well chilled.
3. Strain: Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice.
4. Float Dark Rum: Carefully float 15ml of dark rum on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon.
5. Garnish: Garnish with a mint sprig, a lime wedge, and a cherry.
