1. Muddle: In a tall glass, gently muddle 6-8 fresh mint leaves with 15ml of sugar syrup and 25ml of freshly squeezed lime juice.
2. Add Rum: Pour in 50ml of white rum.
3. Add Ice: Fill the glass with crushed ice.
4. Top with Soda: Top off the glass with soda water.
5. Stir: Stir gently to combine the ingredients.
6. Garnish: Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime wheel.
